  Really friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and about 10 mins walk to the park and ride. Food was all very tasty, but be warned if having an evening meal there you will have to wait for your food.

  Great place to stay. Fantastic Staff, very good breakfast Good choises. Thank you to all the Staff that made our three nights thorougly enjoyable from reception to room staff and especial mention to breakfast room staff and chefs working in the hot kitchens..

  Lovely tidy room, although we did find a plastic bottle under the bed, but other than that it looked spotless. It was also very busy judging by the car park, which was very nearly full. Breakfast was nice, but not quite as big a selection as in ones with an attached restaurant. Staff were nice and polite and attentive at breakfast. Very convenient location for chester zoo.

  Friendly welcome, nice and clean. Room was perfect for what we needed as a family of 4. We managed to get a table for dinner in the hotel restaurant, which was enjoyable especially with two young picky eaters. Breakfast was lovely with a great variety, again lovely friendly staff in the restaurant. Overall a lovely stay as always with a premier inn
