Clean and comfortable hotel, the staff were excellent I felt they really went above and beyond throughout my stay to make sure I was looked after. I’ve stayed in many premier inns all over the country and this was a standout.

We've always chosen Premier Inn when on a weekend away or short trip. Sadly, as a hotel chain they seem to be going downhill. Stayed at the Crewe West branch a few times. Evening/ night staff friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel is grubby. Thick layers of dust. No aircon, so rooms are very warm despite the fan. Woken at 7am by a child marching/ dancing/ thumping in the room above us. Beefeater has shut and will be replaced by Wetherspoons (not open yet when we stayed, thankfully) which will be open until 1am. Can only imagine that Spoons patrons will be tumbling into the hotel at all hours which is not appealing. Will think twice before staying at any Premier Inn in future.
