  Lovely staff! The breakfast was top notch, all the pub staff where so nice! The room was clean, reception staff were lovely. If I could of done 10 stars I would of, only downside is the location it could of been somewhere less Industrial but, I personally didn't mind, as I was only staying for 1 night.

  Fantastic Premier. The staff are friendly and welcoming with great service. The rooms and tidy and clean and well maintained. The best part is the air-conditioning! The restaurant next to it serves a great breakfast and dinner. With the staff there also being amazing. The food was great and served quickly and up to standard.

  Easily walking distance from station. Very comfortable rooms as you expect from Premier Inn, thanks to Tracey and all the friendly staff

  This review is about the hotel AND the Brocklebank resteraunt next to it, only because Brocklebank has reviews turned off Premier Inn hotel. Amazing, perfectly located in the centre of Crewe for all amenities, a 5 minute walk from the station, very very clean hotel, entrance areas, rooms all obviously cleaned to a high standard, very quiet rooms considering the location you don’t really hear anything at all in the room, we even had children nearby and didn’t hear them at all, staff very very attentive to your needs, even making sure you sign your car in upon booking (There are very clear large signs outside to make sure you do this) Room was lovely very clean and very very comfortable, we will be back again Brocklebank We decided the last morning that we weren’t going to have a breakfast, but we were outside and we noticed someone acting very suspiciously outside near our car, the man had been challenged by a member of staff from Brocklebank as to what he was doing, and the man walked off, the member of staff (Matt) then brought breakfast over to someone in the Premier (member of staff) and we saw this and that made us decide to go and get some food, I think the manager there was called Frances (sorry if I’ve spelt that wrong) both were lovely, really protective of patrons due to this rather dodgy looking person, the place itself very clean and kept to a high standard, you get an unlimited breakfast which is cooked to PERFECTION, and so nice to go to a hotel restaurant where you can actually get fried eggs, I know that sounds stupid but some hotels you can literally only get scrambled, really enjoyable food, fresh coffees and teas, continental foods cold drinks etc, We will certainly be coming back to this hotel and then to possibly come to have evening meals there too Once again a huge thank you to Frances and most especially Matt for being so protective and on the ball, thank you so much to you all
