  We arrived for a business breakfast meeting only to find that the restaurant was closed. Fair enough, these things happen. However, upon returning to our vehicles, we were still required to pay £3.00 to exit the car park. Unfortunately, there was no support from staff or management, who advised they had neither a voucher nor the ability to override the system. So, in effect, we walked in, walked out, and were charged £3.00 for the privilege.

  The rooms are great, location is great but im giving a one star for the service by one of it’s restaurant staff. I have a 2yo son, who was shouted at by one of the servers for running and made a scene while everyone was eating. She could have approached us but it was 2 yo kid being a kid. It is completely unnecessary. She could have approached us rather than making a scene where everyone was having breakfast. Stayed for two nights, decided not to have breakfast on the 2nd day even thou we paid for it, it is not a child friendly restaurant. maybe she can do some training on hospitality.

  Unhelpful and unfriendly staff. Apparently they do not take walk in booking even though rooms are available. Again apparently you need to book online beforehand

  Gave 4 stars for service because after going into our room after 3pm at 3:09 a complete stranger claiming to be from maintenance (and I believe he was) burst into our room without any advance warning. My wife was a little bit concerned and I admit I was too. I locked the door internally after that. I KNOW that they can check access and who did. So tell me, simply, WHY?????
