  i didn’t actually stay at the hotel but my car had broken down outside and so i was having to use the vending machine and bathroom inside the hotel. diane was on shift and was so helpful and absolutely lovely she gave me cookies and sat with me while i waited for help. could not have asked for someone nicer while i was so stressed she was so helpful

  We visit family in this area ....and this is the hotel we always choose to stay.We have been coming for years.The rooms are always clean and to a high standard All the staff from reception to domestic are exceptional ,friendly and nothing is too much trouble . We are always made to feel very welcome The crown inn adjacent has an excellent menu and a very warm ,cosy,friendly atmosphere with live music on a friday night We've had a wonderful stay Andy goes above and beyond. Wonderful staff

  Room was fine but all plug sockets were not usable for my phone charger so i had to borrow one . Could here every single noise the up stairs room made .

  I had a very pleasant stay at the Premier Inn St. Neots (A1/Wyboston). When I arrived on a very hot summer’s day, the staff had kindly left the fans running in the room to help cool it down, which was a thoughtful touch. The room itself was spotless, clean and comfortable. The only downside is that breakfast is served at the pub across the road rather than in the hotel. It is also ordered from the menu instead of being a buffet, so when it is busy, it can take quite a while for the food to arrive. That said, the breakfast was cooked well and the service was friendly. Overall, a clean and comfortable hotel with helpful staff.

  One word. Dreadful. Premier Inn need to invest heavily in installing Air Conditioning. It’s not human to expect guests to sleep in a room where the temperature is so high. We didn’t sleep at all and felt very unwell. No fridge no offer of ice or cold water in room. Their welcome when checking in was “help yourself to as much tea and coffee as you like” as if that’s going to help. Thank god next door had a lovely pub with guess what, that’s right air conditioning. My advise is dont stay here in the summer. There are other hotels not too far away. We had booked for 2 nights but checking out early and have swallowed the cost and staying at a lovely hotel near Huntingdon. Wake up Premier Inn
