  We’ve stayed at this hotel quite a lot for work and the staff are all charming, lovely and very, very helpful. The beds are comfortable with new mattresses, there are plenty of pillows, and the showers are easy to use. Everything I want from a hotel; thank you!

  As far as premier inn goes this is NOT good, it feel the type of place that you would get murderd in it's liminal, clostrophobic, everything is falling apart eg. My room had 3 of the 6 plugs out of the wall one evem sparked when we tried to use it. PS. If you are autistic or have autistic kids do not stay here

  Brilliant from the start,lady on reception got us booked in as we were going into London for football, went way above her station for us ,thankyou, when we returned the gentleman was equally as accommodating, many thanks to youboth

  Andy at the front desk was superb last night! Got there late and his first question was whether I’d eaten, if not to get myself to the restaurant/bar to get my meal and he’d check me in afterwards. Absolute life saver!
