  Having been to plenty of Premier Inn's over the years this one was just a little different because of the lovely staff. Room, food and drink all fine and the location in the centre of the city was good.

  I stayed at the Premier Inn Peterborough City Centre and it was great. Check-in was quick and easy, and Mark on reception honestly made a big difference. He was friendly, helpful, and just really easy to deal with — sorted everything I needed and made the stay feel a lot more comfortable and relaxed. Room was clean and quiet, no issues at all. Exactly what you expect from a Premier Inn, but the service is what stood out here. The location was also perfect, 5 minute walk to the city centre.

  Very well maintained and the staff are lovely and skilled. They clearly care about providing a great service and they seem like they enjoy their work, which really shines through. It's a Premier Inn, so you know what you're gonna get and you do. It's consistent, clean, comfy and affordable. Despite being surrounded by busy roads on all sides, it's nice and quiet inside and you're just a 15ish minute walk from the station, with great onwards connections to many places including Gatwick and Stansted airports, as well as London, Scotland and large parts of the north of England and the Midlands.

  Modern building, great location.. Staff polite, but everything seemed very rushed and hurried.. I requested that our room be cleaned, but when we returned after a hot and busy day out, all that had been done was to give us clean towels.. No bed made, no bin emptied, no clean cups, no more coffee and milk sachets.. When we complained, we were told that this was usual policy..beds only done if you stay 6 days or more.. I didnt expect clean bedding, just a general tidy up.. We were given clean bedding to change ourselves..but what's the point of requesting room to be cleaned if it's not policy... We've stayed in 9 or 10 Premier Inns over last few years, and Im just baffled how policy seems to be different in every one..

  We stayed at this premier 20th to 24th of june 2026. Every where is lovely & clean, even the lifts. Lovely room lovely view over the river. Very good location, 5 to 10 mins walk to the centre & the Cathedral depending how fast you walk. Had a chinese on the river boat across the road very nice & good price. All staff at premier very nice & helpfull. Hope to be back soon. Best premier we have ever stayed in, keep up the good work.
