Brett is an absolute asset, after a long drive he greeted us warmly and addressed the minor concerns we had swiftly and professionally. Thank you for excellent service Brett!

Booked here for three nights. Was disappointed. Have stayed at many Premier inns before, wouldn't come back here unless they changed. First night woken at 3am in morning, someone banging on another room door near us, second night similar at 2.30am. Told reception and only said they were sorry. Noticed a lot of workmen staying here and saw only one couple. The bar area could do with a good clean and decorated, outside bar area was left overnight with glasses and cigarette ends all over the place. Not recommended at this moment.

Stopped here a few times, great location Central to large out of town stores, garages, and restaurants. Its a shame the adjacent restaurant is now only open to guests, it was empty compared to the last time we came. We ate at the Toby Carvery but it was very busy and not cheap.

Had several business stays at this hotel recently. I understand the ongoing changes but the last 2 nights have been unacceptably hot. I understand there is no aircon but when the outside temperature is 12° and you room wont cool below 29.5° there is a serious problem. I went to the desk at 1am and explained. The teammember offered cold water and a, second fan. He never brought the promised fan. So I had to work with no sleep for 2 days then drive 5 hours home. Thats unacceptable. Id have been more comfortable and bette roff sleeping in my car!
