  We had a lovely, albeit short, stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly and made our family feel welcome right from the moment we arrived, which was wonderful travelling with our little girl. The food was great with plenty of enjoyable options, and overall the atmosphere was warm and comfortable. Even though our stay was brief, we really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend it to other families.

  I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was very clean, very beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

  We were disappointed with the location as there are no corner shops/supermarkets, bars or restaurants whatsoever, within easy walking distance. The dinner menu offers a very limited choice. The dining tables are set out in a walkway, leading from the entrance door to the bar or you can dine in the bar/lounge, but unfortunately that area is drab and uninviting, where we had a TV blaring in one corner and overhead music simultaneously. We couldn’t wait to leave! The vending machine didn’t work there was nowhere local to buy what we wanted. We were very disappointed with this Premier Inn and if this is the way the company are moving we shall definitely book with other hotels instead.

  The team at Premier Inn North are friendly welcoming and very Helpful. Nothing was to much trouble. I stayed whilst my wife was at Addenbrookes hospital as the location was perfect. Ideal to have free parking right outside the hotel. The building is well kept and peaceful. The rooms are spacious with every thing you need in them. What with the very comfortable bed and a great breakfast spread (both buffet and cooked), It was perfect for what I needed. I will definitely be back next time I stay in Cambridge.
