  居住环境不错，但免费的网络质量太差了，看视频都卡顿。清理卫生不积极，早饭质量不好。地理位置距离火车站和市中心都很远。窗户没法打开且兴风系统没作用，空气不流通

Very disappointed with our stay. My family and I arrived here and the man on reception was very rude and looked very unbothered. We asked if we could have a cot in the room and he rolled his eyes at us. My family and I did not feel welcome here at all. Also the public toilets need to be regularly serviced as it was very unhygienic during our stay. The room smelt really bad and had crumbs on the floor.

Booked to help our son get settled into his uni room.location was ok not far from where he was.retail park sorta next door with a pizza hut.dunelm that sort of thing.big tesco like 2 min walk opposite side of road.(as seen in picture from room).we had a van & parked in the tesco as hotel is limited to like 15 parking spaces and no guarantee of a space.( around £16 to park in tesco for 24hr) paid for premier plus.nespresso coffee machine in room mess up & only two pods.no normal tea bags...1 mint teabag 1 earl grey that was it so not to impressed there.handfull of the bin bags sticking out under the bed???breakfast was stone cold.everything... beans.sasuage so pretty gross .cold breakfast thats cost us about £12 each for the privilege.funny thing is the cups for tea & coffee were kept warm..aircon sounded like a toilet that had been flushed & the refilling.hall ways were like a sweat box.cant open the windows in rooms either for fresh air.

Kim was an exceptional staff member, the food at the Thyme was great and the room was fantastic for the price. Located right near the Cambridge Retail Park with easy access to Nando’s, Pizza Hut and a TKMAXX. Can’t wait to come again!
