  Nice hotel. Prem Plus rooms was great, really big, nice and clean. Lots to do within a short drive so I'd have no problems staying here again.

  Good location for cribbs causeway. Fabulous deal. The food in the restaurant is ok, breakfast good. Pub next door, the food there looked plentiful

  Rooms Clean, beds Comfortable, Breakfast ok 👍 Free wifi and plenty of parking so i would be happy to stay again. Just don't arrive too early otherwise they will try to squeeze £12 out of you. !! I was only 3/4 of an hour early but I just sat in the lobby until I was allowed into my room.

  Room was as expected. Only downside was the vending machines weren't working and during breakfast service alot of the staff didn't seem to have a clue what was going on

  The pictures are speaking. That was the room they gave me after waiting ages to check in coz they had wrong details on their system. What they did to solve it? Nothing. I have been chasing them for two months, sent lots of complaints and they not bothered to respond to me. I couldn’t use the toilet, have a shower or sleep. It was a cold day and I booked the room late due to emergency so I had no choice but to stay till the morning, the only positive I have to stay the room was warm in mid of Feb. Even the evening staff had no clue what they doing and the morning staff were rude. I’m simply requesting my money. I wouldn’t review this if at least they gave me a good customer service after all
