  Normal premier inn, however service here was exceptional - Bessie working at the front desk was as helpful and patient as you could possibly be. Great location right next to all the king street pubs!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A fantastic stay at Premier Inn King Street, Bristol I had a really enjoyable stay at the Premier Inn on King Street. The location is absolutely superb — right in the heart of Bristol, with everything I needed just a short walk away. Despite being in such a lively area, the hotel still felt calm and welcoming. What really stood out, though, was the excellent and attentive staff. Both the front desk team and the housekeeping staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely keen to make sure everything was right. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, and every request was handled with a smile. They are a real credit to the hotel. My room (216) was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and overall a great place to relax. I did have a couple of small issues — the Premier Inn extras like bottled water and coffee pods were often missing, so I had to ask for them each day. However, every time I asked, the staff sorted it immediately and couldn’t have been more accommodating. The only real downside was that the shower in room 216 leaked, which meant the bathroom floor ended up flooded daily. Again, the team did everything they could to help, but it’s something that probably needs a maintenance check. Even with those minor issues, the combination of the brilliant staff, great room, and unbeatable location made this a really positive stay. I’d happily return — and the team deserve full praise for how well they look after guests.

  The only two downsides really are just noise and the air con. There’s a few pubs nearby that definitely create a lot of noise until late, and if you’re looking to sleep past 8/8:30 it’ll be difficult as I was woken up by sounds of people walking and crashing around on the floor above. And our air conditioning may as well have not been on, I don’t know if ours was just broken but it was really quite bad. That being said, I can’t fault the service and the staff were very helpful and polite. Not having a moan just wanted to be honest 😅

  Ideally situated next to the water and near places to eat an drink. Room comfortable and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast right next door. Downside BUT not hotel fault is the road system in Bristol. Took a long time to be able to get to the hotel.

  Nothing at all wrong with the hotel, normal PI standard although parking will cost you almost half as much as the cheapest room. The place is let down by the restaurant which is next door. On the day I was there there was no cooked breakfast which didn’t bother me as I have the continental anyway but the selection was very poor and the whole place needs a deep clean, it’s just grotty.
