  Had a room booked for me as I’m on a work trip and I got the premier plus room. The main room was decent I didn’t spot anything out of place but the bathroom…. I didn’t even use it because there’s just so much muck on the sides of the floor and that corner where the shower is, it’s just brown near the floor. I couldn’t get a room change because there’s hotel is booked out and I’m only staying one night but it’s a shame I can’t even use the full room comfortably….

  Close to Temple Meads. Staff very helpful and friendly and we're able to store my bike with ease.

  We had a wonderful dining experience. Vinnie provided friendly, attentive, and professional service throughout our visit, making us feel truly welcome.The portions were generous and satisfying, and the food was excellent. The shrimp were cooked perfectly tender, flavorful, and not overdone, which we especially appreciated. Thank you, Vinnie, and the entire team for a great meal and outstanding hospitality. We would be happy to return and highly recommend this restaurant to others.

  Great hotel with a very good location. My biggest complaint would be the parking. The parking garages are quite far away (around 600 metres) and also very expensive. It becomes quite inconvenient having to walk back and forth, especially in the cold, windy and wet UK weather. That said, the breakfast is really good and the rooms are comfortable and very quiet!

  Excellent location, easily one of the most modern Premier Inns I've been to. The check in machines actually work, the lifts both work, air con works in the room. No apparent mould in the bathroom. Breakfast area was tidy. Already doing better than most Premier Inns! Plus nice touch when they leave packet of chocolates in the rooms and sweets for the kids when leaving the breakfast area. Have seen better, more personalised service at other Premier Inns, and the vending machine for drinks wasn't working when we wanted to use it, so brings it down to 4 stars. Would definitely stay there again.
