  I booked three rooms for my family members in September 2025 for their stay to go to Legoland consisting of two night stay. My daughter, partner and three grandchildren. My daughter said it was the best Premier Inn they had ever stayed in and we have stayed in quite a few over the years. Everything went well including the accessible room and the three rooms being quite close to each other. The staff were exceptional and the rooms extremely clean. The breakfast period went well as did the meals for tea/dinner later in the day. The staff made the two days stay very special. Many thanks.

  Not sure if it was new, but the mattress was perfect. Really good blackout, aircon that actually worked without sounding like it was going to explode, and a really quiet room. A good night's sleep was had.

  We spent one night here at the weekend and had a great stay. We were allocated one of the refurbished rooms (Room 104), which was fantastic. It was spotlessly clean, had plenty of plug sockets, and everything you would expect from Premier Inn’s high standards, including a very comfortable bed, and air conditioning. We had both dinner and breakfast in the Thyme restaurant, and both were very good. I’d definitely recommend the sea bass for dinner. The staff were all friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Will, Emil and Elliot, who really stood out for their excellent customer service. Well done! Parking was free of charge, which was an added bonus. Just remember to enter your vehicle registration when you arrive. A very enjoyable stay, and we would happily return.

  Lovely stay during Royal Ascot! The location was super, great room, super clean and the interiors were divine with the mix of the old bricks and wood, felt super special having food and drinks there. I do want to give a special shout out to Mel & Elliott behind the bar for being so kind, friendly and attentive it made my stay even more special.
