  Awful experience. AVOID. They had a power cut and power was off overnight. Next morning i heard a staff member say there was no rush to fix it either. They also said that their good nights sleep gurantee wasnt eliglbe due to power cuts. So this saying is a fraud.

  Ive been to many premier inns, this one was bungalo room sections so the quiet area stays quiet. Next to contruction but we were told way in advance so we were prepaired. Great quick access stop.

  Just back from a LEGOLAND trip and stayed here with my 6 year old son. We had such a lovely time. The hotel staff couldn’t have done more to accommodate us. They went out of their way to decorate our lovely modern room with birthday decorations for my son and to our surprise a card and presents for him. We were blown away by the kindness. The staff were all so friendly, the restaurant team were again fantastic - laughs , smiles and a genuine happy team..I only got Caroline’s name but you were all amazing! Thanks so much.

  Just had dinner in the Social at the Premier lnn. Lovely staff the service was excellent, Caroline and Maxine couldn't do enough for us, they really looked after us even though it was a very busy evening. We are staying in a Premier Plus room which has everything we need including a fridge, coffee maker, iron and ironing board and air conditioning which is essential as this is the hottest weekend so far this year! The room is spotless and there are 2 chairs and a small table for us to sit and have a coffee. Would recommend staying here and look forward to coming back again.
