  Room was not the cleanest Toe nail in bathroom Bath was dirty Very dusty Tv just about worked Bed wasn't made to a good standard Bed was uncomfortable Could hear ever door slam close in the corridor Room with a view could just about see the Blackpool tower

  Brilliant hotel , lovely and clean, no bar or food but complimentary breakfast untill the hotel is back running with bar and food again the ladies in a morning that were on reception were realy lovely a credit to the company especially tracey , stayed here four times and love it , staff amazing

  Really comfortable family room in an excellent location. Can't go wrong with Premier Inn. Want to give special mention to Will on reception. Due to the absolutely terrible UI on the Premier Inn website, I ended up booking the wrong room. Will went above and beyond and, thankfully, managed to accommodate us when it looked like we we're going to be £100+ out of pocket with nowhere to stay. Thanks again Will for saving the day.

  Booked a single night with breakfast. On arrival you are ushered to do self check in, if you haven't done it before it can be difficult but usually someone free to help. Room is usual standard. The main issue with this stay was the breakfast. Upon booking I received an email saying the restaurant was closed but breakfast was open as usual. We stood to be checked in but instead asked if we had booked. You never book for breakfast... we were told due to it being busy and short on space you had to book and she was quite insistent but no one had told us, that's what you get with an impersonal service. Another staff member helped out and showed us to a free table but everyone seemed quite stressed and flustered. Soon a queue built up and everyone was saying the same thing. Food was to the usual standard though. Parking at the nearby multi story is discounted, not a token as stated. You enter your reg on a tablet and that's it. When you pay at the multi story your discount is applied.

  Booked a 1 night stay here so I could see the Blackpool illuminations without having to leave early for the last train. Got to the room to find dirty sheets, hairs on the sheets, lipstick on the pillows and a stained duvet so I requsted the bedding be changed but they just gave me sheets and told me to do it myself. I had to request more sheets as the replacements were dirty too and I had to change the bedding myself again and I finally got a new duvet but was originally told they dont have replacement duvets. Had no hot water either and staff came up to have a look and got it working eventually but by next morning it was running cold again. Just when I thought everything was sorted I saw brown on the floor to the side of the bed which looked like poo stains but was told they are full and have no spare rooms to move me. I spent 40 mins on the phone to guest relations the next day who said they would give me a partial refund as a good will gesture! Whats happened to the good night gurantee refund? Do not reccomend this hotel, the only good thing is its just around the corner from Blackpool Tower. I have taken some photos but had already started taken the dirty sheets off when I thought to take photos so couldnt photograph everything.
