  As far a premier inns go We know what to expect This is a nice hotel Slightly basic moving towards the self service type of hotel The staff are lovely though and have been very helpful

  Carmen on reception could not have been more helpful. Shower in room needs an overhaul. Too hot and the riser was damaged so did not hold shower in place.

  By far one of the nicest premier inns I've stayed in location wise. The walking trail around the lake is stunning on a nice day. Services were fine and room was clean enough (odd smell in the stairway though?). However, couple things: £9.40 for parking is daylight robbery, there are premier inns & travel lodges in London that I've stayed at with cheaper parking. And the Brewers Fayre open hours needs updated on Google, says it's open until 11:00pm and it was closed by 9:30pm when I was there.

  Staff are really friendly and very welcoming, especially Carmen who met us at the reception at midnight, and she was very nice and very helpful, also the restaurant there is amazing and staff there are so professional. I highly recommend this branch of premier inn one of the best 🤩🤩

  We had a very pleasant short stay at Willen Lake on our way down from Wigan to Whitstable. Carmen at reception was so helpful and friendly on check in. Going over and beyond to help us to our room with our sleepy child. The room was lovely and we all slept well in the comfy beds. In the morning we had a super breakfast next door, served by another helpful and friendly staff, Dee. We'll definitely come back for other times we need a stop over - the location was incredibly convenient for the motorways and we liked the tranquil feel of the Willen Lake.
