  Very bad experience, before booking the hotel we had asked if we can book the breakfast on that day morning they said yes, On the day of checkin we reconfirmed if we can pay for breakfast when we want to have breakfast the reception guy said of course morning you just need to go to restaurant and you have pay there.. Morning when we went they declined saying you cannot as it’s only for prebooked customers . The staff is so incapable or guess they are less knowledgeable one.. We were in hurry and had to change plans .. its very tough when kid is impacted cause of this

  Very good 3 star hotel very well located best the train station and the restaurants area. Good Roos not safe in it and you need to ask at the reception for the daily housekeeping

  The staff were impeccable and can't do enough for you and my elderly mother who was staying at the Premier Inn in Avebury Boulevard was looked after like a queen. She thoroughly enjoyed the time there and will have no hesitation in booking a room there again when visiting her sister. From checking on to checking out, this was the best hotel stay of her time in other Premier inns. The staff should be commended on their behaviour with customers.

  I have stayed at this hotel a few times, everytime I visit, I always receive really good service. The staff on reception are always friendly, polite and professional. Kay who works on the night shift is lovely and funny. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff in the restaurant at breakfast were nice and the food is to a high standard
