  All the staff were lovely, the room was comfortable and clean, but what made the stay perfect was Lisa in the restaurant - she was absolutely amazing, friendly and professional, she made me feel at ease, she remembered me each night and I actually relaxed and had a laugh with her - she is an absolute credit to your company and I can't wait to go back in November now, knowing how wonderful both she and the hotel are 😀

  Overall not a great value premier inn. You have to pay for parking for one, then the time I visit they weren’t accommodating any breakfast due to staff shortages. Which I get things happen but feels like a pretty crucial element to a stay. Overall terrible value for money.

  Kerli (one of the managers) was genuinely extremely helpful and courteous. Anytime I needed help and assistance she would go out of her way to get it resolved. The morning staff at breakfast were also incredibly courteous. Having staff like Kerli and the breakfast staff who are upbeat and extremely helpful is soo important, as gestures of kindness like these go along way for those who may be having a bad day. Honestly, well done.
