  Highly recommend! Came to Marlow on a day-trip while traveling the UK. Hotel was in a great location in town. Able to walk everywhere, great staff, very accommodating. We got into town before the room was ready and instead of lugging our luggage around town, we were able to hold our luggage at the reception desk. 10/10 recommend!

  Lovely stay . Just checking was little bit disappointed as we have arrived at 12.00am , which I completely understand guarantee check in from 15.00 pm , however the young lady at the reception hasn’t bothered to even take my name to see if the room is ready or raffle advise me when could be ready , not even offered up sell for little bit extra for early check in , not offered to stores bags ( very poor on arrival) , not even bothered to stand up to greet us , was more interested to tell me to close the door so she can’t be cold,however two Indian men at the reception absolutely lovely to make my stay for four nights very comfortable, very helpful ,warm ( Kiran was very kind, never a problem to help or solve anything we needed ) . Breakfast and breakfast staff very nice 👌 Anita
