  The manager for the day when we arrived for early check in was ALI, He was polite and helpful. DELLA was amazing, so helpful, polite and has a great welcoming smile. As long as she is working there I will tell everyone to stay and ask for her. Stayed 27th June - 29th June 2026

  Lovely staff, good breakfast, dinner and good location, but one of the worst rooms I’ve stayed in. Every time the person upstairs was walking around it made the door to my room rattle. The smell of damp and mould in the room was so strong, the AC was good but with the windows unable to open, there was obviously a damp problem in the room. Mould on the bathroom door too and loads of condensation around the windows. I checked the reviews on here, and this room is clearly a problem the hotel are aware of as somebody else has advised not to stay in room 106 due to damp. I’m not sure why you would still let customers stay in there.

  Çok temiz sakin ve şehre çok yakın olması özellikle sabah kahvaltı servisi ve resepsiyon personeli çok iyi ve güzel di. Çok memnun kaldık

  Very bad first impressions. The car park is totally disgusting, having to step over "things" often. Bar area is awful with cobwebs and not really anywhere to sit unless you're eating and very rude and unprofessional staff shouting around and swearing. Very poor selection of beers/drinks. Room is very standard, nothing special but no iron.

  Really spacious room and bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. Bed is a little high but one of the best nights sleep I have had, seriously thinking of buying the same mattress for home.
