  Room cleanliness and quality as expected. On night one of two we complained to reception as there was a party happening in the room to our right and an argument happening above. The receptionist didn't even come to assess and I had to chase this up numerous times. The following day I complained about a complete lack of sleep because of this and was offered a different room. When I questioned why the noisy guests weren't moved I was informed that they cannot do this. Nice to know that the quiet, well behaved guests are made to move all their stuff to a new room while the noisy ones who disturb others get away with whatever they like. Personally I'll be avoiding this hotel when working at Silverstone in future and I'll advise all of my colleagues to do the same.

  Don't have breakfast here! Paid for unlimited cooked breakfast, but told no bacon as it hadn't been defrosted, 2 fried eggs on buffet counter were hard dry and crispy, no mushrooms either. Room wasn't good either, long hairs on bathroom floor as not cleaned properly, only 1 bath towel in room for 2 guests, corridors floor had litter and also dirty. Very disappointed with this hotel.

  I had a very pleasant stay at the Premier Inn in Buckingham. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were welcoming and professional throughout my visit. The room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and everything I needed was provided. A special thank you to Yathu for the outstanding customer service. Yathu was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist really stood out and made a great impression. Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful stay. I would happily recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.
