  We usually stay here when visiting Aylesbury. Farzana was fantastic! Turns out we went to the same school and knew the same people. She was so nice and so friendly and made us feel very welcome and I hope management realise what an asset she is to them. The room was clean and comfortable and we slept well. It's also very quiet. We will definitely be back.

  Not too bad a place to stay but it should have a proper restaurant so that you can at least have a breakfast. There is a pub attached for a meal and it's OK mediocre. The premier plus rooms have air-conditioned rooms but you pay for it. In my opinion given the change in climate all rooms should have air conditioning. The staff are always friendly Good location for the waterside theatre..

  Yet again first class customer service all round from the everyone who works there, Clean and Spacious rooms, no moths or dog hair, spotless bathrooms, well done housekeeping. Oh and the comfortable beds too. A big thank you to Upendra who always has a smile.

  Really nice room, really clean, the person on reception was friendly and helpful. The edition of a nice big fan in the room was thoughtful and really helped. Highly recommend
