  Fantastic hotel all the staff are great ,the dms go out off there way to help and the cleaning staff are great as well as the bar and restaurant stall.

  Easy to get too, quick and easy check in. Unfortunately no air conditioning just a fan in the room

  The room temperature did not fall below 30 degrees Celsius for the entire stay, making it impossible to get any sleep. If I see Lenny Henry I’ll give him a piece of my mind. I will never stay there in summer. Staff were obviously coached on how to handle complaints. Not recommended.

  It's a Premier Inn, you know what to expect, but this is one of the nicer sites. The standard of cleaning is high, and while there is no ac, the hotel provided high quality fans. And best, about 5 minutes from the M5, making it a good base when traveling.

  Whilst Premier Inn is not a 5* accommodation, I stay in them all over the country, and based on my overall experience I can’t fault this particular one. The team cover both reception & restaurant duties and are so friendly. Shout out to Sharisse who works tirelessly to ensure guests are happy.
