  Thank you to Sakar for always being so kind, even when checking in late and when we had questions. The kids especially loved it. Thanks to you, we had a nice trip. However, it was difficult because of the cigarette smell in the hallway.

  Great location for the Hospitals. Fantastic M&S over road. Checking in, great. But then we had a random person enter our room the late evening, with the guy on reception apologising by giving us a pack of chocolate bars. After later complaining direct to Premier Inn, we got our stay refunded. Wouldn't use this one again though now.

  Stayed at longbridge many times, the staff are lovely and always really helpful. Never any issues when I’ve stayed here.

  We have always had very nice stays here at this premier inn. The staff have always been very good but on this occasion we would like to mention the excellent service provided by Preeti who went above and beyond making our stay perfect. Thank you very much!

  Typical premier Inn, the staff were good, helpful and polite. The only difficulty was parking, the hotel has no dedicated parking. I parked outside marks and Spencer, which is okay, £6.00 for the afternoon and night, but I was a little worried leaving my car in such a public space, but it was fine. I left at 8.30am, so didn't need to pay for the morning. Good breakfast.
