  I'm staying in the Premier Inn hotel due to unforeseen circumstances, I have been here for 5.5 weeks and at first it was so hard for me and my two children, but Justine and Abu have gone above and beyond to ensure me and my children are happy and comfortable, they have both made things so much easier for us and always welcome us with a smile. They were also both extremely helpful in helping me hide away my sons 10th birthday balloons and bringing them out to me when I was ready, to my surprise when we arrived back to our room on his birthday we found they left my son a card and treats from everyone at the Premier Inn next to his other presents and he felt so happy and special on his big day. Thank you so much I will always be so grateful for your kindness!

  Arrived and the whole place under scaffolding. A building site. The wonderful Preeti offered a refund which I accepted with gratitude.

  Stayed here with family. The rooms are clean and functional. Easy access to shops buses and trains. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. All staff were friendly particularly Abu on reception who was very welcoming and helpful. Thank you Abu.

  Basic accommodation and facilities. Extremely understaffed the poor lady doing reception also cleaned the rooms and was run off her feet when the lifts broke down.
