  Stayed at longbridge many times, the staff are lovely and always really helpful. Never any issues when I’ve stayed here.

  We have always had very nice stays here at this premier inn. The staff have always been very good but on this occasion we would like to mention the excellent service provided by Preeti who went above and beyond making our stay perfect. Thank you very much!

  Typical premier Inn, the staff were good, helpful and polite. The only difficulty was parking, the hotel has no dedicated parking. I parked outside marks and Spencer, which is okay, £6.00 for the afternoon and night, but I was a little worried leaving my car in such a public space, but it was fine. I left at 8.30am, so didn't need to pay for the morning. Good breakfast.

  Lovely staff. Really well looked after. Decent breakfasts. Just starting to look like it needs a bit of tlc/refresh - e.g. stuff coming apart or not quite 100%. Since there is construction work hopefully this isn't too far off and the hotel will get a spruce up like a lot of premier inns have.

  Cheap and cheerful but the bed is incredibly comfortable. Can’t complain and it’s got a decent Beefeater attached.
