  Stayed for 2 nights in a premier plus room while attending an event. Perfect location, the room was as expected (as always perfect) very quite never heard another guest. We also slept in until 10am which never happens!!! We only used the restaurant for one evening meal, but the quality of food and service was second to none. Would highly recommend

  Absolutely loved our stay here. Brilliant for the NEC. The staff were lovely, especially Jen, who really made our visits to the restaurant exceptional 😀 The only downside was receiving a parking ticket for both days, despite paying.

  It’s showing its age with damp smells on the ground floor, but the staff are absolutely fantastic, so attentive and so quick ( with such a pleasant smile and interest in what you might need ) they are what keeps this very busy hotel running !!! I don’t agree with the terminal sign in but it’s a very busy hotel but the personal touch would get a better experience. As for the service I received for food ,,,, WOW! All the staff were a well oiled machine ( but with a very professional attitude to clients) and I was so impressed by how they maintained this all through their shift ❤️ . I highly recommend this place ( ok you pay a premium because you near the airport) and give the servers some slack, it can get busy! Love to all the staff you made my stay fantastic 🥰

  1st time staying at this hotel. The room was nice and clean and stylish! we stayed at this hotel the night of our wedding and we went for breakfast in the morning and the staff came over to us with some chocolates, card and a bubbly was so nice of them and we wasn’t expecting it, not many hotels would do this so irl defo recommend to friends for sure.

  The room was big and spacious- we had a family room- but the beds themselves were uncomfortable. As someone with sensitive skin, the bedding irritated and felt scratchy against my skin and made it very difficult so sleep comfortably. Additionally, the air conditioning control panel on our wall was half coming off which was concerning. Despite this, we found we had much room to store our cosplays safely (we stayed for MCM comic con) and there were multiple plugs and tea making facilities which was good for the stress of keeping a cosplay nice. The distance from NEC is barely anything at all. A 20 minute walk and about 7 minutes by car is nothing to complain about, however I do feel like it was a little difficult to find. Overall, I would’ve given this hotel 5 stars had it not been for the bedding and other small issues that added up. I understand why such sheets are used but it is irritating at someone who could barely sleep because of them and had to wear trousers when I was already hot to stop as much skin from touching the sheets.
