  Feels like an abandoned hotel. There’s no staff and the rare few that are working on the bar are very rude. No one cleaned my bedroom during my 5 days stay. There’s no way to get to the airport by public transportation and the hotel is dirty, very old and one of the worst hotels I ever stayed. Better to book another one around the area that actually have people working and cleaning the hotel.

  Took one star off the location because inexplicably, there's no pedestrian route to the NEC - you have to walk on busy roads, roundabouts and grass verges! However, the hotel itself is amazing - the best Premier Inn I've stayed at. Tidy, large room that everything worked in!, great restaurant vibe, and fabulous cooked breakfast, lovely staff - even a robot waitress!

  The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, a special shoutout to Cece who always greeted us with a smile and made our stay so lovely and Declan who was super lovely and fantastic at his job and customer service! The rooms were spacious and lovley area for breakfast.

  Upon entry a lady ( who looked like she’d been sucking a wasp) greeted us in a manner which presented as really not wanting to be there! The room was adequate, but v dusty! The bed WAS good as was the blackout curtain! The Bar staff were equally abrupt late afternoon! When returning later from the concert with friends, there was nowhere to sit in the bar as 80% was closed off! The Breakfast was EXCELLENT!!!! Pity the staff are so grumpy ( not b fast staff) We wouldn’t return

  I am here for 2 nights for NEC event. The room is clean and staff is helpful also friendly. Used Breakfast for one day and foods is good. Walk to NEC took 25min, takeaway from Resorts World and back. I don't know how takeaway work at hotel by Just eat or other. Car park is fine for £15 per night I asked website said £16. staff told me not updated it. Very good Iocation for NEC. back in August looking forward at NEC event.
