  This is a great Premier Inn and a breath of fresh air as we have found them going down hill fast recently. Really nice modern social area, good food, great friendly team. Cannot fault it. Highly recommend for the airport.

  Stayed for a couple of nights for an event at the NEC. Firstly, don't bother walking from the station or NEC, it's a bit of a trek, some of which without a path - especially if you have a case, a taxi or Uber costs £5-7 depending on time is day. Hotel itself has clean, functional rooms as you'd expect from a Premier Inn. Bar/restaurant area gets very busy and noisy, because it's also the airport hotel, food was average whetherspoons quality and even when not busy the service seemed slow (even with a robot helping with service!). Breakfast had the usual good range, but everything seemed overcooked, like it had been deep fried as long a possible, but otherwise ok. Overall not a bad stay, but next time I'd like at one of the closer hotels for an NEC event.

  The hotel romms are to the standard of premier inn.. but it is a 'sleep facttory' any opportunity to make money is used.. breakfast not icluded, car park to pay, etc.. the staff is ok.. helpful when needed but ypu can feel they are under stress when lots of guess are in.. they steched the people to the max. Location is ok but not that vlose to the NEC.

  Rooms were fine. Usual premiere in fayre and as expected. Service chaotic and not always that friendly. Check-in took 15 minutes and my pre-programmed key didn't have a room number on. Did the job I suppose but some simple things could have been done better.

  Woke up to find rear window smashed on my car, other cars in the hotel car park were also damaged. This apparently has happened numerous times before to many different customers, staff were great and very helpful but ultimately powerless against this, car park CCTV doesn’t work, police aren’t interested and neither are Horizon Parking who operate the car park.
