  I was a little concerned about being so close to the A34 and traffic noise, but it is set quite a way back and I can say that with the window closed there was ZERO traffic noise. The room is the standard you expect, clean, functional and quite a lot of room. The breakfast was the standard you expect, and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is exactly what you expect from the brand, the thing which added value was the staff, they were always happy and willing to help. If I had to go to Birmingham again, I would not hesitate to book here again,.

  Late stopover then early breakfast , Lisa looked after us and went the extra mile with her great service, nothing was too much trouble. This stay was perfect and every hotel needs a Lisa just fabulous x

  The hotel is ideally sited near the M5 / M6 interchange with ample parking to the rear of the premises. Check in was made very easy by the friendly staff and all rooms are within a few seconds walk to the resturant. The rooms are quiet, good value for the price, very clean and the beds are excetionally comfortable. If, like me, a cooked breakfast is your preference, you wont be disappointed. Conveniently, next door to the hotel is a Harvester inn for lunch or evning meals. And last but by no means least. Lisa was very professional in her role as Duty Manager and made us all feel very welcome during our stay. This was our second visit to this hotel and we intend to return next year as part of our annual trip to the midlands.

  We stayed here as a simple overnight stop with our 2 young children (1 baby). We regularly stay in premier inns, this was our first visit here. We were warmly greeted on arrival by Lisa, who was very kind and attentive towards us throughout our stay - she went above and beyond for our children. We really appreciated the kindness shown. The room was comfortable for an older style premier inn but was excellent value and was clean and had what we needed. The breakfast was excellent, the gentleman serving was really lovely as well. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend.
