  I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Waterloo Street Birmingham and had a really great experience. The location is perfect, very central and within easy reach of shopping, restaurants, bars and local attractions. The staff were all extremely friendly, courteous and polite throughout our stay. They genuinely seemed interested in making sure we were having a great time and that everything was okay for us, which made a big difference. The room itself was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Birmingham.

  Raj on reception is such a lovely woman and very friendly. Made my stay so pleasant and welcoming from the second you walk in ! 5 star for her. Amazing employee

  I’ve been staying at the Premier Inn on Waterloo Street for several weeks while working in Birmingham, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The hotel is consistently clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for getting around the city. All the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special shout-out to Tommy, who really went the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable and that I was fully informed about my booking at all times. His helpfulness made a real difference. I would absolutely recommend this as a great place to stay in Birmingham, whether for work or leisure.

  Spent 4 nights here. Had exceptional service from all the staff. Initially sorted out our room to a twin instead of a double. Breakfast was excellent value, though inconsistent. The black pudding was always too hard. Centrally placed & minutes from both New St & Moor St stations. The only drawback was the noise of bottles and rubbish being collected overnight. Recommend it overall

  Nachdem ich letztes Jahr einige Berührungspunkte mit englischen Hotels hatte, muss man sagen, dass dieses wirklich gut war. Natürlich ist es schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist sauber. Die Servicekräfte waren wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Matratze im Bett war, für mich alten Sack, perfekt. Das Hotel befindet sich mitten im Hotspot der City, das bedeutet, sobald ich vor die Türe trete, warten Pubs, Restaurants, Geschäfte und alles, was man so benötigt. Leider ist es mit den Parkplätzen eher schlecht. Frühstück ist zwar gut, die warmen Speisen sind leider eher kalt. Trotz Spritzschutz an der Dusche, habe ich es nicht geschafft, dass kein Wasser in Strömen auf den Boden lief.
