  I stayed here with my team for 2 nights while in Birmingham training. It was right in the middle of the train station and our office so it was a great location. The rooms were very clean, there was a great fan in the room to keep cool and the hotel is self overall was really nice and affordable. The best thing by far is the staff. They didn’t ever seem to go home. They were so friendly and helpful. I spoke with Bernie on reception when bringing some food back to the hotel i offered it to her and another lady but they declined. On telling her we were absolutely stuffed and it hadn’t been touched she asked if she could give it to some homeless people she knew of who would be grateful for it. The fact that she thought about them and was willing to go out of her way especially late at night when she’d been working all day was so heartwarming. She is an absolute star with a heart of gold. We also spoke to James and Matt at breakfast and on reception and again they were so helpful and friendly with breakfast and storing our luggage. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Birmingham just for your team!

  We have stayed here several times now and it is always out first choice. The hotel is centrally located but quieter than expected at night which makes for a great sleep. Rooms are as expected, a good size and clean. Staff are friendly.

  Fantastic stay at Premier Inn Birmingham City Centre Broad Street. As always with Premier Inn, the room was clean, comfortable and exactly what you'd expect from the chain. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every member of the team we encountered was helpful, professional and genuinely friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. Breakfast was outstanding too — cooked to order and absolutely delicious. Would happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Birmingham city centre.

  I came in Friday the 3rd of July and was greeted by a professional and very accommodating gentleman. Room was clean. Comfortable stay. Would stay again.

  Great location and helpful staff. Small number of parking spaces so worth paying for early check-in to get one. Nearest car park is only 5 minutes away..
