  A nice hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are standard Premier Inn faire but are clean and have air-conditioning which is a must during the summer. The parking is free and plentiful too. The food in the bar is very good for a premier inn, but if it isn't for you then there's Akbars nest door which is fantastic.

  Manager and all staff very helpful. There were 11 of us at dinner on Saturday evening and the staff Adi, Emma and Anicia were very good.

  Nice room, and friendly staff. Issues were the mattress was not as nice as other premier inns I have used and room not soundproof from people having conversations in the corridor.

  From the moment we checked in, every member of staff we came into contact with were professional, polite and helpful. On arrival after a long day travelling, we hadn't eaten so headed to the restaurant for some food. When we got there, the staff member (sorry, we didn't catch her name) advised that food starts at 5pm. We asked where we could go locally and she suggested some places, but also offered to open the kitchen early for us. We gratefully accepted & she helped us with ordering gluten free food for myself & from the standard menu for my Husband. The food arrived within good time, was hot and tasted great. The following day we had breakfast. Again asking for Gluten free, which was no issue at all. Both ladies in the restaurant were helpful with the allergen menu & getting coffee for us. The food was freshly cooked to order, once again tasting great. We did get the name of one of the restaurant staff who was great. Annicia & her colleague looked after us well. It was the best Premier Inn breakfast we have had. Also she went and washed her hands & put gloves on ahead of serving the allergen food. The hotel is in a great location (10 mins drive) of Utilita Arena Birmingham. We have another stay booked here in October & look forward to returning. Thank you for having us.

  I’m just at the end of my first week at this hotel, and so far it has been absolutely amazing, the two girls that are on nights have went above and beyond, and the manager cooked my breakfast. The room is clean and a lovely size and has a bath too. I have not been to a hotel where that staff have been so kind and caring and attentive, I am here for another week and they have all made my stay warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay at this hotel again
