  Brilliant staff , but for disabled not very good the room was cold due broken heating when I asked to be fix no one in hurry to come fix it ,toilet in the disabled room wasn't working my mum complained took while to come still havnt sorted out very disspointed in my stay due to that I won't be stay here ever again in future you need to look in to this for disabled to stay with you and very poor maintenance.

  Ive stayed in alot of hotels for work up and down the country I'd like to say thank you to the following staff: lemeya ,falicia ,annicia ,emma, niraj, adi, keigan, jass & emma at Hagley road hotel have been absolutely brilliant have catered for all my needs from spare keys to packaging takeway food always serving with a smile laugh and jokes when passing by just genuinely areally nice team.food was amazing. Would definitely stay again if working in Birmingham all staff definitely deserve a bonus of some kind. Hopefully when I return it will be the same faces.

  Good location for me as I was attending a conference nearby. Service was also good but the room was showing its age a little, no towels in the room and the uht was off. Minor things.

  We had an enjoyable stay which was made even better by Owen, he went above and beyond in the busiest periods and tried to keep everyone happy. He’s an incredible asset to Whitbread as a whole.
