  The rooms had a very tired a dirty look. Our room on the ground floor seemed borderline claustrophobic. Also if you want the rooms cleaned you need to inform reception before hand. I am not sure why room cleaning doesn't come baked in with the price. The carpets were never vacuumed and after 3 nights I wanted to check out 😒 The bathroom looked very worn out and the speed of water was non existent. It was dreadful taking a shower. As stated in another review the air con had a mind of its own and used to turn off out of the blue! The breakfast is across the road in brewsters fayre. It is normal continental stuff and English breakfast. The hash browns were really good. That said the staff were immensely good and helpful and ever pleasant. They were selling souvenirs for charity and it was handy to get some while contributing to a good cause. There is ample parking and easy access to lots of places. The town centre and a Tesco superstore is quite close making everything easy to access.

  One of the better ones with a Brewers Fayre attached. Sometimes noisy with kids if you want a quiet meal and you are a grumpy utilities worker.

  Great hotel to stay in, lovely freindly staff when you walk in. Room nice and clean.
