Very satisfied with basic amenities, but noted a lack of cleanliness in hallways and dining area - basic hovering and shelf cleaning next to tables. Some meals also lacked quantity and quality - curry dish was too watery and to thicken it I had to spoon rice into it off the plate. Also, when I asked for something at the continental breakfast point the young lady behind the main counter was on her phone and only made a limited response to help me. Another concern was someone knocking my room door wanting to come; thankfully it was a member of staff but equally it could have been a stranger. It was however totally unnecessary, so much so the member of staff kept apologising.

After a bit of confusion at the front desk we are in .... in bed TV on .... relaxing with crisps and nuts on the bed too . Bed is comfy so won't be long before one is sleeping . Breakfast is just next door at the Brewers Fayre

One of the older premier inn. Staff are lovely very helpful and friendly. Rooms a bit dated but clean and comfy as you get in most premier inn. Its a bit out of the way location wise but nice and quiet. Food was really nice great service with a good selection

Rooms could do with a refresh if I’m honest, very helpful staff :)
