  Bit of a way out from the town but easily reached in a taxi. we only used to sleep in as had concert in cardiff. Service from the staff was great.

  We had a wonderful stay at the Premier Inn during Easter weekend while visiting Wales. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff made us feel very welcome. The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was delicious, offering plenty of options. The staff were knowledgeable and always ready to help. Having stayed in many Premier Inn hotels, I can confidently say this one is among the best. Highly recommended!

  The staff definitely made the visit more special. Helena not only cooked our breakfast superbly, but was so welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much effort from all staff. We can’t wait to visit from Essex again. Xx

  Sarah was absolutely brilliant today. Greated me with such warmth, went over and above her duty today being extra caring and proving such an awesome service. I said to myself if only all those in the front service could be so warm and welcoming and helpful. Thanks Sarah for making my short stay so welcoming!
