  Rooms & location ok for our needs. Restaurant service was abysmal this evening.

  We have stayed at Premier Inn many times over the last 5+ years and have never once had an issue checking in. This time, however, we were suddenly asked for ID in a way that felt completely unnecessary and inconsistent with every previous experience we’ve had. The staff members claimed to be managers, but honestly they neither looked nor acted professionally, and they seemed unable to handle a simple check-in properly. The whole situation was poorly managed, uncomfortable, and left us feeling singled out. Sadly, it genuinely came across as discriminatory and racist. Very disappointed after being loyal customers for years. We will not be using Premier Inn again.

  We had an enjoyable overnight stay here. The room was nice and the location was excellent with an Aldi next door and Costa. Plenty of parking just log your car registration inside with premier inn. We ate in the restaurant and the food was very good, but sadly the service was very slow and needs improvement.

  We had a lovely stay thanks to two rays of sunshine, Sara and Jo. They were just so pleasant to speak with and they took extra care of us and our little ones. So sweet and loving. Had to come and write a nice review just for them. Thank you for the nice stay!

  Please be careful when you shower, espcially for elderly. The bathtub is very narrow and slippery, it made you stand so close to the edge,i fall on the floor. Not only me, my partner almost fall as well. And we are just 30, not elderly!
