Absolutely amazing service from kelsie and afrina. The food was lovely thanks to the chef Paul, will definitely be back!!

Lovely staff that were extremely helpful and friendly, the food and service was first class and the room was excellent, comfy and clean and a 5 minute walk to the train station, perfect š won't be my last stay.

Be careful parking. Iāve received a fine from NCP which is the parking included with my premier inn booking. I booked the hotel through holiday extras including parking. At the hotel, the receptionist assured me multiple times that all I needed was to provide my vehicle registration and whether I had parked at regent street or the old court house. A few weeks later I have received a Ā£100 fine, reduced to Ā£60 if paid in 2 weeks. Iāve tried to appeal this with attachments of my bookings which states parking included and explained the situation. Their response was that the parking charge notice has been correctly issued as I was in breach of the T&Cs and should have paid directly in the car park upon arrival. Iāve tried to contact Premier Inn Luton Town Centre but no answer. It looks like Iām having to take the hit on the parking charge myself! Absolute joke.
BED BUGS & SEWAGE.
I recently stayed at this hotel on a business trip, and unfortunately had a very concerning experience. During my visit, I suffered multiple bed bug bites, which led to a skin infection requiring a course of antibiotics. This raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards being maintained.
What is particularly disappointing is that despite raising the issue, Premier Inn has not accepted responsibility or provided a satisfactory resolution. Guests should feel safe and protected during their stay, and this experience fell well below that expectation.
