  Ella on reception was genuinely great. Check-in was quick and easy, and she was friendly without it feeling forced. She explained everything clearly and made sure I had what I needed. Later on, I had a quick question and she was just as helpful and patient. It’s the kind of service that makes things feel simple and comfortable rather than formal or awkward. Really appreciate her help—she made the stay that bit easier.

  Ok for the.price you pay. Mixer tap in shower was flling off. Would have thought that would be something thay should be spotted pretty quick.

  Nice stay again ,the shower needed a better clean. Had continental breakfast on Tuesday morning and the lady working in the restaurant was very nice and professional.
