  When I asked to give me a fan, they said they didn't. How can you sleep at this temperature?

  The first room I was given had not been thoroughly cleaned, it was dusty and there were sweets left on the bathroom and bedroom floors, and stains from glasses in the bedside. A fan had been put in the room but it was dirty and was blowing dust at the bed. I asked for another room. It was cleaner but the fan was still just as dirty as the one in the first room. I went down to ask for a clean fan and never received one.

  The worst Premier Inn I have ever had the displeasure of staying in. Black mold in the reception and both rooms we were in. We already moved rooms and quite frankly didn’t have the energy to complain further after a long day of travelling. The fans in both rooms were covered in a thick layer of dust. The walls have water marks up them like there’s been previous leaks, which would explain the black mold everywhere. After being moved rooms we had to wipe the bedside tables down as they had cup marks all over them and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Reception staff were incredibly helpful and are trying their absolute best to tend to every complaint but there clearly needs to be competent cleaning staff hired. Premier Inn needs to invest some money into this hotel or close it down. Absolutely no AC during a heatwave and left with only 1 tiny fan to cool down the room. Go to the Premier Inn 10 minutes further down the road you’ll probably have a more enjoyable experience.

  The room was ok, but ot was very hot.with just a flithy fan to blow air around. The carpark was quite unkept with rubbish in the hedges, and why oh why when you are staying for more than 1 night you only get 2 tea bags and have to request more?

  Good value for money. Difficult to get to from address on their website.
