  After a hot and stressful multiple motorway journey my wife and I were greeted with a friendly smile from Azra on reception and the offer of a glass of chilled water. Thank you Azra. This kind of pleasant front of house greeting goes a long way to encourage people to return.

  Enjoyed our stay. Azra at reception was lovely, friendly and on the ball and made everything feel easy. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, which is all we wanted. Price felt fair for what you get, and the location worked well for us, handy having Tesco just a few minutes walk away.

  Stayed there Thursday 11/6/26 overnight then again 15/6/26 overnight and ate in the beefeater which was v. Good, also went for breakfast which was superb especially the waitress Sara who was very nice and pleasant thank you once again s.d.p.

  Very easy to find with plenty of parking for vans. Breakfast was on point, very tasty with good selection of continental and English breakfasts.

  Renata on Reception was so helpful! I had to move rooms and she came with me to check the new room out. She offered to help me move but I needed to eat first. When I went back to collect the new key, she had her coat on ready to go home. She took her coat off and came to help me 🥹 She was super happy and helpful, thank you Renata 😊
