Since Premier Inns have taken over the restaurants , the service has gone down hill. Minimum staff on shift and food is bland and slow. Breakfast on the 24/09 was non existent, the line was ovens are not working but in reality no one opened the restaurant until 06:30, continental breakfast wasn’t even set up.

After waiting over 30mins to order food standing at the bar just because they were having chat with a friend, then wait another 40min to get a chicken salad!! just to get a chicken that is not fully cooked And even after telling the waitress she wasn’t bothered at all!!!

Loud banging noises ALL night. Sounded like I was in a room above a loading bay. My colleague was in a room along the corridor and they said they heard loud banging all night. Anyway. Zero sleep and I've got to do a days work now. The advert on TV for premier Inn says you get a good nights sleep. Not in this one.

Unlike the other Peemier Inns I’ve stayed in. It’s not very modern and the service isn’t that great at check in. Stayed there for a night and checked out early next morning.
