  My husband and I stayed here at the weekend for a night.I can't fault it. We had a nice welcome when we got to reception. The room was lovely and warm. Very comfortable and slept very well.

  Arrived and the restaurant was closed with no where else to go. Other options require driving or a 20min walk along a dual carriageway. Chose this while working in the area after a 7 hour drive and a 6 hour job I was looking forward to a mixed grill and relax. But it was just more stress. If I'd of know I'd of booked elsewhere.

  A brilliant stay didn't expect any breakfast at all as the beefeater is being taken over and as it turned out run by the hotel for hotel guests only. Breakfast and dinner. Lots of stress for the staff from the Premier Inn as they had to abruptly take over, so was grateful to get continental or a full breakfast. Room was lovely with a table and chair. Quiet.

  Arrived for our one night stay at Dundee West Premier Inn. Was only informed the day before that the restaurant would be closed. Room temperature was 25 degrees and could not alter it so slept very hot and uncomfortable the whole night. When we got home we got a parking ticket. We failed to notice the seemingly 25 signs around the premier inn telling you to put your number plate in on arrival. Travelling with 2 small children and one who had been sick this was the last thing we were thinking about and certainly did not see 25 signs in and around the premier inn! Apparently not up to the staff to ask you if you have a vehicle but every other Premier Inn we’ve stayed at have asked us at reception if we have a vehicle and ask us for our number plate. Staff were not very helpful and I found the one I complained to was very blunt and rude. The morning staff assisting with breakfast were very helpful and polite though. Will not stay here again.
