Stayed here for a night in Nov 2026, great location, staff friendly, rooms fine and the view over the River Tay is a wow (cost a tiny bit more, worth it). The breakfast room overlooking the river looked great. The only thing that really let it down was the litter around the restaurant door, which was on the main walking approach to the hotel - there was a lot of it, and it was still there the next day, shame as I liked the hotel and will book again.

Usual Premier inn standard disappointing that no restaurant available on the Sunday evening with no prior notice.

not that clean, as mentioned by other reviews, understaffed. At the restaurant waited 20 mins without being seen and waiters didn’t open their eyes to look around, walked pass my table multiple times, and would quickly walk back to the bar just to stand there

We were not told when we booked that you have to pre pay and book for meals and had to go into town to eat my company use premier inn several times a year usually booking 3 or more rooms at a time but after the guys could not get food after traveling and working we won't be using premier inn hotels in the future

We tried to change a room on a group booking for 3 nights stay which had a bedroom view of a wall. Staff insisted they couldnt help and didn't resolve this matter. Trying to change damp towels was also challenging. Restaurant was only taking those who had booked meal deals as apparently were short on kitchen staff. Overall disappointing service from Premier Inn.
