  Room hadn't been cleaned after previous occupant. Kitchen wasn't working first night and was very understaffed on other nights, resulting in a wait of over 40 minutes to have an order taken, and that was after a half hour wait for a table. Some staff were obviously new and inexperienced and so should have had additional staff there to support them. Restaurant was also understaffed at breakfast with only one person available to check people in, take payments, cover reception and deal with any issues.

  A typical Premier inn? Not at all, the staff went far and beyond what would normally be asked of a Hotel. I stayed for 2 weeks and left for business and they were more than helpful to keep my baggage and even except post whilst I was away.

  Well the room smells like sweaty feet and rotting contractorand I got rogered for £55 to park for 5 nights. Staff are lovely though.

  Standard Premier Inn as you'd expect. The room was clean and a comfortable bed, however it was very stuffy as I couldn't open the window. First evening there was limited food available as they had run out of a few menu items. Fantastic service from Christabel in the restaurant, she made me feel very welcomed and was attentive right through my stay, thank you Christabel.
