  I’ve been a loyal Max Mara customer since 2024, and the Bellevue store consistently exceeds my expectations. The level of personal attention from the staff is truly exceptional. They are patient, thoughtful, and never rush the experience. What I appreciate most is their honest and knowledgeable advice — they genuinely help you choose pieces that suit your style and fit beautifully, rather than just trying to make a sale. Every visit feels elevated and special.

  Called early to ask about a special request and Tonie picked up right away. She was lovely to speak to and let me know she would see what she could do - even took my name down to make sure I get it. Once I walked in, she came up to me and complimented my Madame coat and we talked about how we both had a lovely time on mother daughter trips in Italy. Once she heard my name, she made sure I was taken care of and sent me off with a smile. Absolutely wonderful experience :)
