  NORMALLY I DONT WRITE REVIEWS BUT TODAY I FELT LIKE I WAS TREATED VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OVER PHONE AT THIS LOCATION, I INQUIRY ABOUT A SPECIFIC ITEM I SAW ONLINE THE ASSOCIATE WHO PICK UP THE PHONE WAS LESS THAN NICE AND TOLD ME THAT THE ITEM WAS DISCONTINUE, BUT ALREADY DID MY RESEARCH AND IT WAS AVAILABLE ONLINE, I FELT LIKE BECAUSE I WAS NOT SPENDING $$$ ON JEWELRY MY CALL WAS LESS IMPORTANT TO HER AND DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO SUGGEST OTHER PIECES INSTEAD DISMISSED MY CALL, HAVE TO ORDER ONLINE TO HER LOSS AND GOT OTHER ITEMS THAT I WAS NOT INTENDED TO BUY, NEXT TIME BE NICE AND DONT EVER TREAT YOUR PHONE CUSTOMER LESS THAN IMPORTANT NEVER KNOW HOW MUCH THEY WILL SPEND WHEN THE SERVICE IS GOOD AND THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND

  I would highly recommend against purchasing a gift here. Strict 30 day return/exchange policy. My husband bought me a necklace that just doesn't lay right when you wear it. Shame on me for not telling him right away that I didn't like it but I didn't want to hurt his feelings. Now I have a necklace that I will probably never wear. The jeweler we normally go to in the Galleria always wants me to be happy no matter what and would never have such a strict return policy.
