Just finished finalizing the custom engraving on a bracelet with my sales associate Leticia. She greeted me the moment I walked in and helped me with the sizing and everything. 10/10 service and will definitely come back soon when Ive decided what to buy next.

had an outstanding experience at Tiffany & Co. Legacy West, thanks to Kelly and Store Director Sara.
Kelly Forden went above and beyond in helping us with wife’s ring, keeping me updated throughout the entire process and making sure everything moved as quickly as possible. Her communication and attention to detail were exceptional.
I also want to recognize Store Director Sara, who was instrumental in helping expedite the situation. Their teamwork and genuine care made a stressful situation feel completely handled and reassured.
This level of professionalism and customer service is exactly what you hope for when working with Tiffany. The ring came back looking beautiful, and the entire experience exceeded expectations.
Thank you again to Kelly and Sara for taking such great care of us. Highly recommend this store and their team.

i’m going to preface this by saying I am a loyal tiffany customer and have alot of wonderful pieces from the company, for the first time today I went to legacy west store and Kelly the sales associate gave me the service from HELL. I went in today to get a knot out of my necklace, upon telling her my reasoning for arrival she proceeds to ask me in a very micro aggressive manner if my necklace was actually from Tiffany. I wouldn’t walk into the store and
ask anyone for a service on something that isn’t from the retailer. I wasn’t the only one that thought it was odd, my partner as well thought it was off and very egregious. I will now continue my business with the Tiffany store in Northpark, i love Legacy west but not enough to get treated like i’m beneath anyone! I hope no one else receives service like that because it truly is disgusting and unnecessary

This is my third purchase from Tiffany & Co, and first time at this location. What a disappointment. They didn't have the item I wanted, so I pre-paid and had it shipped from another store (not a problem so far) But for this kind of purchase, customer service was abysmal.. I came in on the appointed day only to hear "it didn't arrive" - okay, why didn't you tell me before I drove all the way to the store for the appointment to pick it up. No sincere apology. Drove home, only to receive a text later that day saying they actually did have it. Now the 3rd trip to the store to finally get the item. Very sloppy and frustrating. Not the kind of experience I expected, and ultimately very disappointed for staff not taking ownership for their clear multiple missteps.
