  Lleve mis zapatos a reparar me los puse una vez .no tenía mucho que los compré los lleve en agosto del año pasado y asta ahorita no me los an entregado hablo a cada rato y me disen es que se tardan de 2 a 3 meses y ya van 6 meses y no están listos pésima tienda

  I was at galleria today. My mum went into the store before me and I arrived 5 minutes later with my grandmother and sister. The guy at the door didn’t let us in. I was dressed nicely & was wearing a dolce gabanna purse so it was probably more about me being white than my appearance. Never shopping at this store again!

  The associates who work in the Houston Galleria Valentino are THE BEST! I’ve worked with many of the associates over the holidays. They have worked hard to help find a product for me, been amazing patient, offered great suggestions, but mostly they were friendly, professional and cared. I LOVE this location. Thank you for the AMAZING customer service!!
