  We had such a wonderful experience at Tiffany & Co., all thanks to Ben. His customer service was truly outstanding, and his knowledge of the products made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable. He took his time with us and was so patient, especially while my daughter tried on the beautiful heart necklace. He made her feel special and never once made us feel rushed. We felt genuinely welcomed from start to finish. Ben went above and beyond, and we will definitely be back because of him!

  Bought online and picked up in store. Took 2 days to confirm the order for pickup. Requested a msg when order was placed but no msg was included when picked up.
