  Came in this morning while searching for some gifts / small leather goods. And the first thing that comes out of the employees mouth was “You can’t have drinks in here” great. Let’s try that again. I remove my AirPod and say I’m sorry? She then shares oh we just can have drinks in here you’re more the welcome to put it on that side table. That’s fine but first thing you should be telling potential clients is hi good morning how are you and then lean into store policies or store standards. This is how you lose potential clients & this is probably why this store is always with less traffic and clearly low star reviews. Do better. You work there lol.
