I went to this store location and had the worst experience ever the workers give the most rudest and nastiest facial expressions to colored people and the manager of the store is the worst of them all she lies and say items are not in stock when it shows that the store has the items I came back the next day someone was able to get the item for me she lies and say the system is down she wouldn’t be able to assist with paying with card you can only pay cash please get new employees at this location that shows the same hospitality to all different races of people

Gaby provided excellent customer service and made my visit a wonderful experience. She was professional, attentive, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend asking for Gaby when you visit this location.

They only allow exchanges within 30 days. They do not allow you to return anything. What a pathetic brand. I won’t ever purchase from YSL again and I will make sure to tell everyone not to buy from this brand. I recommend you check out other luxury brands as they don’t have such a terrible return policy.
