  I recently visited Saint Laurent and had a mixed experience overall. The only downside was that several employees were engaged in conversation with each other and didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in. A simple greeting would have gone a long way. That said, Matthew completely changed the experience. He stood out immediately with his style, professionalism, and attention to detail, so I chose to work with him. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, and he understood that right away. He made the experience seamless, from offering me water to addressing my concerns about the shoes, especially since it was the last pair available. He was attentive without being pushy and made me feel confident in my purchase. Because of Matthew, I left impressed. I’ll definitely be returning and will only shop with him moving forward.
