  Very awful customer service experience today!! My friend shoes were tarnished they wanted her to pay 200 bucks to get it fixed!! She only wore once and put it right in the dust bag!! She it wasn’t her fault at all!! The lady helping us was very rude she kept rolling her eyes when my friend was talking like she was annoyed! My friend asked to speak to a manager, the manager looked annoyed talking to her! Also make sure when you buy a bag from there makes sure there in good condition because my friend was trying a bag there was thread coming out of the bag!! Which the bag was 3300$ YEAH NO THANK YOU!!

  I had a great experience shopping for handbags here, the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, they even had the item I wanted shipped out within days to this store, great team effort!

  ***BUYER BEWARE!!*** HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY!! I purchased my “beautiful” Fendi sneaker this past Sunday, October 12th. When I purchased the young lady advised me that the return policy was for 10 days. Today is Tuesday, October 14th. I wore the sneaker for a brief moment at the mall on the same day. Within less than an hour my foot when numb and started to hurt. Btw, I do realize new sneakers need a few wears to break in, HOWEVER this wasn’t normal. I had to stop, take them off and when I did I had a HUGE blister on my foot. When I came in today, the gentleman told me an entire different return policy. He states that they allow 14 days for a return ONLY for a merchandise exchange. They would not take my item back in spite of my issue and being a good client of Fendi. He stated that he would contact corporate and see if there was anything they could do. I stated that I lived over an hour away and it was very difficult to get here. I asked if there was anything they could do today and his answer was NO. I am highly disappointed. Please be aware of their return policy or you will be stuck with a high priced item that you will have no use for. My sneakers price was $1000. Horrible experience.
