  Purchased a pair of earrings with Lucy. The earrings were packaged in the wrong size box, and my text message asking about it went unanswered. When I visited the store again, I was told they didn't have the correct box size available, but no one informed beforehand.

  Amy at Bulgari is amazing! I wanted a ring for a special occasion and could not get to the store the day that I needed it. She actually dropped it off for me herself in the city. Service above and beyond! It was my first in store Bulgari purchse but will not be my last!

  Poor customer service from Amy, lost 2k. Me and my wife were trying to buy new rings from here ,they didn’t have the sizes so we ordered it. The sales Amy told us to expect one shipment however they were shipped out in different packages. Now we never received the second one and they just became very hard to get hold of after knowing about our situation. All of a sudden, Amy just decided to never pick up the phone call from us anymore. There is absolutely no one trying to help with our situation ,neither interested in answering any further questions. They basically just took the money and turned around. If you don’t want to lose money for no reason, go pick another store. There is zero professionalism,zero integrity, and zero customer here at this store.

  I had the best experience today at Bvlgari. I don’t have a store locally and needed to bring in a repair and get something cleaned as well as shopped. My ring looked brand new & was cleaned super quickly and the repair process was explained very thoroughly. I also greatly appreciated the sales representative not forcing the most expensive item on me, but the one that met my needs as I was shopping for a wallet. I would 100% recommend shopping at this location.
