  I really enjoyed my time at the Tiffany’s store, but I’m kind of biased because I really love the one that water tile place better but either way there’s the best place on earth love it there and I will be returning soon

  I had an excellent experience at your Easton store location in Columbus, Ohio. I was immediately struck by the warm and elegant atmosphere created by the staff. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. Their exceptional assistance made my shopping experience truly delightful, and it is rare to encounter such genuine hospitality.

  I placed an order for next day shipping for two items and only received one. If the item wasn’t available for next day shipping it shouldn’t have been an option at checkout. Then when I called they said it was processing but couldn’t tell me when it was expected for delivery. The representative I spoke with said it would have to be in the delivery process to cancel for a refund. If it’s still processing why can’t you cancel the process? The first representative I spoke with didn’t even have me confirm my address for security purposes. I’m very disappointed in the customer service for an “upscale” jeweler.

  Breakfast at Tiffany's dreams come true! The movie Breakfast at Tiffany's has long been a favorite of my to the extent that I made my friends watch it and then planned an outing to get pastries and coffee to eat while outside of Tiffany's (a nod to the opening scene of the movie). We dressed Audrey chic, pastries in hand and walked to Tiffany's. The customer service experience went above and beyond. We had not even entered the store when while looking through the display windows I made eye contact with an associate who smiled and nodded knowingly- I immediately felt welcomed and understood. Then another employee, Matt, came out to the side walk and offered to take our picture. He was very kind and took wonderful pictures for us then encouraged us to come inside to browse. The associates were professional and checked in with us throughout our time in the store. It was overall a magical experience. Thank you to Matt and Julian for your hospitality!
